The payment amount will be adjusted according to the daily exchange rate of the bank against the US dollar. Please note that online payments can only be accepted with debit or credit cards such as Visa or MasterCard.
If you book a tour or a travel package that includes hotel accommodation, you need to make a payment in full amount of the amount indicated with the selected number of people and rooms in the tour or travel package, if you want to choose another number of people or the type of room in which you want to stay from 2 people and more, write about it after payment to us in the order or to our managers.
3. Payment confirmation As soon as the payment is made, our travel consultants will email you a receipt confirming the booking. Please make sure that you have provided the correct information regarding your travel requirements when booking.
4. Cancellation and No-show policy
4.1 Cancellation of the reservation ◾ Tours or tour packages, which include hotel accommodation, can be cancelled 96 hours before the date and time of arrival indicated in the tour itinerary prepared for the client, without additional charge. The full amount minus the bank's commission will be refunded to the client within 7 business days. In case of cancellation after less than 96 hours, the prepayment is non-refundable.
◾Tours or tour packages that do not include hotel accommodation can be canceled 72 hours before the date and time of the start of the tour indicated in the itinerary prepared for the client, without additional charge. The full amount of the payment, minus the bank's commission, will be refunded to the customer within 7 business days. In case of cancellation after less than 72 hours, the prepayment is non-refundable.
4.2 No-show If you are unable to book a package tour or excursions (day trips), a partial or full refund will not be provided. Similarly, schedule rescheduling is not allowed for confirmed tours, transfers to and from airports, and other travel-related services.
5. Cancellation policy Before canceling your reservation, we recommend that you carefully read the cancellation rules applicable to your tour (day trip) or tour package. To cancel a reservation in full or in part, be sure to send a written notification to Best Baku Tours about the cancellation of the reservation. After receiving your cancellation request, we will inform you by email or phone about the cancellation confirmation, as well as the fee that needs to be paid.
We are not responsible for any cancellations that have not been received from you or confirmed by us.
6. Making changes to the route The routes and services included in your package are subject to change depending on local/weather conditions and a number of other aspects. If it turns out, we can provide suitable options with a similar cost, but depending on their availability. As a last resort, we will inform you about changes in the route, if any, before departure.
7. Hotel accommodation and check–in/check-out procedures If we are unable to track your accommodation at your preferred hotel, we will make every effort to provide you with a suitable option with a similar budget and level of service. As for the check-in/check-out rules, it largely depends on the hotel you choose. Best Baku Tours is not responsible for any requests for early or late check-in and check-out that are not fulfilled by the hotel due to their busy schedule.
8. Travel insurance Trip Store(Azerbaijan Adventures) is not responsible for any damage resulting from an accident, illness, injury, loss of personal luggage or even cancellation of a trip. It is recommended that the traveler take out insurance in case of unforeseen circumstances.
9. Travel documents Each guest is responsible for ensuring that they have with them the documents necessary for a particular tour, including a passport or a valid ID card. In case of loss or absence of these documents, no refund will be made. Similarly, passengers, regardless of their nationality, are advised to contact their country's consulate to obtain information about entry requirements before they plan to visit that country. It is equally important to clarify the current visa and medical requirements at your consulate, as they are subject to change without prior notice.
10. Restrictions on the use of the website All contents of this website, including the logo, images, package information, pricing information and other important details, are the property of Trip Store(Azerbaijan Adventures). Accordingly, as a condition of using this website, you agree not to use this website or its contents for any non-personal, commercial or illegal purposes.
11. Applicable law and jurisdiction “Any purchase, dispute or claim arising in connection with this website shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Azerbaijan.”
