My journey to Azerbaijan began in Baku and I was amazed by this city. Modern buildings such as the Flame Towers blend harmoniously with historical landmarks such as the Old Town of Icheri Sheher. I was especially impressed by the Ateshgah Temple of Fire Worshipers and the Gobustan National Park with its ancient petroglyphs. My trip to Ganja turned out to be a real discovery. A city with a rich history and many architectural monuments, such as the Nizami Mausoleum and the Old City, made an indelible impression on me. Traveling to Sheki was a real pleasure. This region is famous for its picturesque mountain landscapes and unique architecture. The Sheki Khan's Palace with its amazing stained glass windows and luxurious decoration was one of the most memorable places. We also visited the village of Kish, where we saw an ancient Albanian church. The tour was perfectly organized and we had enough time to enjoy every moment. Nature, architecture and the friendliness of the local people made this trip unforgettable.
